Creative Inspiration

How often do we look without seeing?

Sketching increases our observational memory but so does photography if the camera is used as an electronic sketchbook.

Frequently when walking you don't always have time to record all but the briefest scenes but the camera can be used to augment those images and often will see more.

It can see things differently, capture movement or see images in different frequencies, such as the infra-red spectrum.

Photographs can then provide additional inspiration or they may be works of art in their own right.

This month are included photographs of flowers and fungi that have caught my eye together with doors too into an older world.

Finally, a new section on found objects has been included, beauty is all around us but we also need to use our imagination to see things.
