The demands of Galleries for a constant supply of
painting can at times constrain
the creativity of an artist to produce fresh ideas and original work.
Over the last year with two longish expeditions to
the Southern Hemisphere, as shown in the
the decision was taken to absorb some new images by walking through varied landscapes.
This has seen paintings continuing the coastal series with ones of Norfolk and Suffolk
as well as some new interpretations of rivers and landscapes in Scotland and Italy.
Oil, Mixed Media and Collage with textural impressionism continue to inspire me.
